The Dirty Blonde Bagel

1. Pick a fresh plain bagel and cut it in half with a bagel slicer.
2. Spread an even layer of cream cheese across the bagel halves.
3. Add a layer of brown sugar on top of the cream cheese.
4. Place the two halves back together for a bagel sandwich or eat separately to savor the taste. Enjoy!
