Spotted: Kate Patrick '09

Kate's look is simple, sweet, retro-chic. I love her high-waist, pleated skirt and sheer blouse together. She has a wonderful eye for detail. Her white belt matches her skirt, and keeps it from looking sloppy, while her embellished pumps add a pop of color.
